Make fresh egg pasta from scratch before making two fresh fillings. Roll, fill and shape your pasta and take home to enjoy.

We will make and brew some mulled wine whilst making sweet pastry from scratch, customising some mince meat and enjoying some local cheeses. Take home a box of warm mince pies.

Asian Street Food

Learn essential knife skills as you prepare a chunky chopped salad. Prepare and taste salad dressings, before preparing and dressing two delicious salads.

Make fluffy fresh potato gnocchi from scratch, followed by a classic basil pesto. Cook, eat and enjoy with a glass of Italian wine.

Make flat breads from scratch, prepare either pork or halloumi skewers, make tzatziki and tomato salad. Cook & tuck in.  

Greek Souvlaki

Make fresh spaghetti from scratch. Make a rustic baked sauce with local ingredients. Cook, serve and tuck in.

Make light onion pakoras, paneer tikka skewers and a fresh dipping sauce. Cook, eat and enjoy with a glass of  wine or beer.
