Basics of Fermentation
Hosted by Rosie from "The Hungry Herbivores", you will learn fermentation basics, make your own traditional kimchi, explore the flavors of diffrent homemade kombuchas in a tasting session & learn how to brew your own.
Pastry & Tarts
Make delicious all butter pastry from scratch, taste and prepare your fillings before filling and baking to perfection. Take home a whole tart of your own.
*Christmas* Mince Pies & Mulled Wine
We will make and brew some mulled wine whilst making sweet pastry from scratch, customising some mince meat and enjoying some local cheeses. Take home a box of warm mince pies.

We'll make tortilla breads from scratch, marinade some delicious fish and make a super special green salsa, before pouring a drink and tucking in.
