Filled Pasta Making

Make fresh egg pasta from scratch before making two fresh fillings. Roll, fill and shape your pasta and take home to enjoy.

Pastry & Tarts

Make delicious all butter pastry from scratch, taste and prepare your fillings before filling and baking to perfection. Take home a whole tart of your own. 

*Christmas* Mince Pies & Mulled Wine

We will make and brew some mulled wine whilst making sweet pastry from scratch, customising some mince meat and enjoying some local cheeses. Take home a box of warm mince pies.

Asian Street Food

Make fresh summer rolls, knok cham dipping sauce and spicy pork meatballs. Cook, present on a platter and tuck in!

Salads & Dressings

Learn essential knife skills as you prepare a chunky chopped salad. Prepare and taste salad dressings, before preparing and dressing two delicious salads. 

Italian Gnocchi & Fresh Pesto 

Make fluffy fresh potato gnocchi from scratch, followed by a classic basil pesto. Cook, eat and enjoy with a glass of Italian wine. 

Greek Souvlaki

Make Greek flatbreads from scratch, make pork or halloumi skewers, fresh tzatziki and tomato salads. Cook and eat at the table! 

Spaghetti & Baked Sauce

Make fresh spaghetti from scratch. Make a rustic baked sauce with local ingredients. Cook, serve and tuck in. 

Indian Street Food

Make light onion pakoras, paneer tikka skewers and a fresh dipping sauce. Cook, eat and enjoy with a glass of  wine or beer.
